民族や宗教の違い、貧困など戦争を引き起こす要因とともに、難民や飢餓、地雷、少年兵の問題など戦争がもたらす深刻な現実に目を向けます。
隣のパネルにある世界地図をご覧ください。第二次世界大戦後に起きた戦争や紛争を示しています。第二次世界大戦のような大きな戦争ではないものの、内戦や周辺国を巻き込んだ紛争が、いまもどこかで起きているのです。

This exhibit looks at the reality that, even after the end of World War II, there is no end to war and conflict in various parts of the world. The causes and problems brought about by these conflicts are also introduced here.
We look at some of the serious consequences of war, including refugees, starvation, landmines, and child soldiers, as well as the causes of war, such as poverty and ethnic and religious tensions.
Take a look at the world map on the next panel. It shows the wars and conflicts that have erupted since the end of World War II. While not as extensive in scale as World War II, these civil wars and conflicts involving neighboring countries are occurring somewhere in the world even at this moment.
